Does it work with Mindbody, Glofox, PushPress or Clubworx?

Often, yes, but it depends on what your platform allows. We check your software's options on the call before we quote, so there are no surprises.

Can it reply to Instagram and Facebook leads?

Yes, leads from Meta lead ads and your website form can get an instant text and email. Direct message replies depend on your setup; we'll confirm what's possible.

Won't members find automated check-ins impersonal?

We write them in your voice and keep them short and genuine. A coach also gets a heads-up, so a real person can follow up.

What does it cost to run?

Mainly text messages, paid straight to the SMS provider with no markup from us. We'll estimate it from your lead and member numbers on the call.

How long does it take to set up?
