Tradie questions

Do I need a new phone number?

Usually not. We set things up so missed calls to your existing business number trigger the text. On the call we'll check what your phone provider allows and suggest the simplest option.

Will customers know it's automated?

The texts come from your business in your wording, and they read like a normal message. If you'd rather mention it's automatic, we'll word it that way. An AI receptionist always says it's an automated assistant.

Does it work with ServiceM8, Tradify or Fergus?

Often, yes. Quote follow-up and review requests can connect to your job software where it allows. We'll confirm what's possible with your setup on the call before quoting.

What does it cost to run each month?

Mainly the text messages, paid straight to the SMS provider with no markup from us. For most sole traders that's a small monthly amount; we'll estimate it for your call volume.

How long does it take to set up?

Most tradie builds take one to three weeks, including a test run together before anything goes live.
