Who we are
365 Automations (ABN 84 865 627 638) is a sole-trader business based in Canberra, ACT. In this policy, "we" and "us" means 365 Automations. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
When you fill in a form on this website, book a call or email us, we may collect:
- Your name, business name, email address and mobile number
- The type and size of your business, and what you tell us about it
- Whether you'd like to meet in person
- How you found us, such as the page you landed on and campaign tags in the link you clicked
- The time and details of any call you book
Why we collect it
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, send you the demo and booking link you asked for, run discovery calls, prepare proposals, and deliver the work you engage us for. We also use it to understand which of our marketing works, so we can spend less on what doesn't.
Emails from us
If you ask about our services, we'll email you about that enquiry, including a small number of follow-up emails. Every email tells you who it's from and how to stop receiving them. Reply "unsubscribe" and we'll stop.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. We use trusted service providers to run the business, and they only handle your information to provide their service to us:
- Microsoft 365 (email and calendar)
- Google Workspace (document and spreadsheet storage)
- n8n (workflow automation)
- Cal.com (call bookings)

Where it's stored
Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States and Europe. We choose providers with strong security practices and use them only for the purposes described here.
Cookies and analytics
If we turn on website analytics, we'll ask for your permission first with a cookie banner. You can say no and the website will still work. Without your permission we don't load analytics or advertising cookies.
Your clients' customer data
When we build automations for a client, we may access their customers' information to set up and test the work. We only access what the build needs, don't keep copies after handover, and remove our access unless the client asks us to keep it.
Access and correction
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Email admin@365automations.com.au and we'll respond within 30 days.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, email us first and we'll try to fix it. If you're still not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
